No refunds or cancellations, no exceptions. If you are not happy with your purchase with Rare Occurrence we will be happy to give you store credit within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions listed below:
All returns must have original tagging, new & unworn condition.
Items not postmarked within the 3 days of delivery are ineligible for store credit.
All sale items are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
1. Please indicate on the outside of the shipping envelope your correct information.
2. Ship the return item/s in an envelope to us via your preferred shipper. Please select a shipper that provides tracking information and note that you are responsible for return shipping. Please send all returns to the following address:

3. We will send you an email upon receiving your package. Returns take 3-10 business days to process upon receiving. Once your item/s have been processed your credit will be issued for as long as it falls under our conditions list.
4. For Store credit, please allow two to four weeks from receipt of the item/s. You will receive store credit for the full purchase and any applicable taxes. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
